1. About Tenderness
Tenderness is a family organization app for childhood routines, health records, growth, and memories. It is provided under the responsibility of Emelyn Campos. Contact: emelynscampos@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility
An account must be managed by an adult able to accept these terms. When entering a child’s information, you confirm you are authorized to do so and must respect the child’s rights and interests.
3. Account and permissions
Protect your sign-in credentials and review family permissions. You are responsible for the information and files you enter and the access you authorize. Do not use another person’s account without permission.
4. Health records
The app organizes information entered by users. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or clinical interpretation of test results. Charts represent recorded data and do not replace professional assessment. Confirm important information with the responsible professional.
5. Content and permitted use
You retain rights to your content and authorize processing only as needed to provide the service. Upload only files you are entitled to use. Do not use the service for illegal content, rights violations, unauthorized access, child exploitation, or attempts to compromise security.
6. Availability and files
Features and limits may vary by version and the offer shown in the app. Maintenance and interruptions may occur. Keep copies of important documents and exported memory books.
7. Store purchases
If paid offers are available, their price, duration, features, and conditions will be shown before purchase. Store purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds follow the conditions displayed in the App Store or Google Play and rights under applicable law. This page does not establish a price or subscription plan.
8. Closure and deletion
You may request account closure and data deletion through support. Access may be restricted for unlawful use or security threats, subject to applicable rights. Data processing follows the Privacy Policy.
9. Responsibility and rights
Record accuracy depends on information supplied by users. These terms do not exclude responsibilities or rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, including consumer rights.
